Being one of the original and most successful recruiters in the real estate industry, she now boasts 16 years of experience giving her a keen eye for matching people to organisations. She possesses an extensive knowledge of all things real estate and its stakeholders, and is an active supporter of the REIV – something that sets her apart from her competitors.
Her focus on strong relationship building is the back bone of her business and reputation. Her service goes beyond simply candidate resourcing – she provides ongoing HR support to both her clients and candidates, and is an active mentor and leader, constantly looking for new ways to develop and enhance her service offering.
Guided by her strong moral and ethical focus, Melissa is the recruiter of choice for the real estate industry, working hard to stand out from the ‘cowboys’. She enjoys nothing more than having her past candidates come back to her as clients after reaching the ranks of department managers and partners years down the track, never forgetting how they started.
In her personal time, Melissa is an active fund raiser for HeartKids and the Royal Children’s Hospital aiming to raise awareness and encourage research into congenital heart disease and its causes in children – a cause close to her heart. She loves to travel and spend time with husband and two girls, Mia and Chloe.
