1. Assistant Property Manager – Bayside
   This candidate is friendly, personable and easy to build rapport with. Working on Front Desk for the past 1.5 years, this candidate is eager to now move into an Assistant Property Management role with an agency where she can manager her own portfolio in the future.

2. Entry level Reception/Assistant Property Manager – Bayside
   A stand out entry level candidate who is eager to get her foot in the door of the real estate industry. She is pro-active, professional, outgoing and particularly interested in a career in Property Management. She comes from a strong career in a hospitality where she works under pressure, meets her deadlines and always delivers excellent face to face customer service skills.

3. Team Leader – 2IC/ Senior Property Manager – Bayside
   A veteran of the Property Management industry with nearly 15 years’ experience as a Property Manager – and still loves it! She has been in her current role for over 10 years and is looking for a role that provides her with new challenges within an agency that allows her to build new and fresh relationships at a reputable company with great market presence and long term vision.

4. Team Leader – Bayside
   With over 6 years’ experience in Real Estate this candidate is looking for the next step in his career. His experience includes working as a Senior Property Manager and a Residential & Project Sales Manager. He is ideally looking for a Team Leader / 2IC role to further develop his skills.

5. Business Development Manager– Bayside
   A switched on and determined candidate who strongly believes in providing great customer service. He has been working in Property Management for 3 years and is currently seeking a BDM role where he is able to utilise his strong customer service skills and help grow the rent role.

6. Bookkeeper / Trust Accountant – Bayside / Inner CBD
   An experienced candidate in both bookkeeping and trust accounting. Currently working with an extensive large rent roll consisting of residential, commercial and strata properties, whilst managing 2 trust accounts, 1 general account and 11 strata accounts. She is ideally looking for a long term role within a company where she can utilise her skills and experience, to become part of their dynamic team

7. Sales/ PA – Inner North
   This candidate is currently in the process of relocating to Melbourne and is looking to work as a Residential Sales Consultant. With a background in Sales and Marketing, she currently works as a PA and Buyer’s Agent. Ideally she is looking for a role within an agency that will help her continue to grow.

8. Sales PA – North
   A personable and adaptable candidate. In his 4.5 years within Real Estate he has worked as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing and Business Development. He builds rapport instantly and is very dynamic in his approach. He is looking for a Sales PA role where he can drive his career to the next level within a progressive agency with a strong brand.

9. Business Development Manager – North / East
   A fantastic, switched on candidate who is looking for a role where he can apply his strong Property Management knowledge and Sales experience in a Business Development capacity. With 8.5 years in Real Estate he loves the idea of managing a small portfolio whilst focusing on growing the rent role and Business Development arm of a rental department.

10.  Business Development Manager – Eastern
    A natural relationship builder with nearly 4 years in the industry. Making her way up from a Leasing Consultant she is currently working as a very successful BDM. She is ideally looking to grow within a prestigious, progressive agency that she is able to represent with pride

11. Assistant Commercial Property Manager – Eastern
    An outstanding candidate who speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Malay. Most recently he has been working as a Commercial Property Manager. Prior to this he was with Knight Frank in Malaysia where he was in charge of a Commercial / Residential portfolio of 600+ properties, whilst managing a team of 5 staff. In his next role he is looking to work within a progressive and professional agency he can grow within and contribute towards for the long term

12. Property Manager – South East
    A very friendly, approachable and personable professional. She has nearly 7 years’ experience in Real Estate and has been in her current role for the past 4, where she managed a portfolio of 185. She is looking for a role where she can utilise her skills and grow within the agency.
